Im from New Jersey but i reside in North Carolina currently
Oh lordy yousa right..
So according to TheColi we need to reinstate Jim Crow laws. Its 2015 and white people have let us know how they feel...regardless why would u want to live where your not wanted....plenty other places to go where well to do upscale blacks reside...
Dude I grew up in a majority white neighborhood...fairly affluent with three black families in it....TOTAL. The rest were rich cacs and some Indians who were doctors. My parents live in a majority white neighborhood. People around there stay fukking with them. Dudes stole an american flag off their porch like a few days after July 4th.
Cacs are so ridiculous.
If you say so breh...im not even on some "militant sh!t" im on some spiritual sh!t...
In your attempt to be on some black militant shyt, you're effectively thinking like a racist white on some 1940's housing covenant shyt.

When we moved in in 1993...four of the white neighbors moved out damn near immediately (probably cause they thought we were going to bring down the property values). White people doing door to door business would ask my mom when she would answer the door if she was a maid.
While I agree with some posts here the fact of the matter is running away from black communities elsewhere just leaves them to rot and become gentrification casualties leaving no place for black people in America to build. The grass isn't always greener on the other side. Plus in those communities black people are surrounded by people who don't look like them and ultimately can't relate to them which leads them with a myriad of issues developmentally from self hate to just plain growing up c00nish.

Again...great story. But this sounds like what I've been thinking about with aas....why do you want to abandon black neighborhoods and leave them to die to move with people that don't want us there? That may be how they started, but that's not how or why they continued. Look up neighborhoods like Bay Ridge, Breezy Point, Howard Beach, and Bensonhurst. Some of my fam used to get chased with baseball bats by Cactalians while waiting to get on the bus from school in Bensonhurst.
Had a cat tell my mom he was driving through Breezy Point and stopped to run into a corner store, when he walked out a cop was waiting. Cop told him he needed to get back in his car and never stop in their town again because they're
Mind you, this is a well educated man who works as a paralegal in lower Manhattan; very mild mannered.
Few years ago hurricane Sandy ran through Breezy Point and left the shyt looking like this
Breh who got stopped was like
I guess for me, it wouldn't be a factor in deciding where I live. I couldn't imagine any adult giving a fukk, really.
This neighborhood has:
I mean really, you would consider that? If they don't like you that's their problem. Hell, I'd kind of consider it a perk if they were annoyed.
- Good schools
- Low taxes
- Excellent appreciation potential
- Close to work
- Affordable
- But will the white people like me tho???
But you are saying we need to exist in a society completely seperate from whites.Thats real funny and cute but thats not what im saying at all...nice try bill orilley
But you are saying we need to exist in a society completely seperate from whites.
But with equal opportunities.
But not Jim Crow.
I was in class years back and I made a comment that the formal end of segregation, overall, wasn't positive for African Americans. The entire class, all yt except me, turned and looked at your girl like I was on my so Idgaf.
My professor jumped in to She gave them a lecture on how there were more thriving black communities and businesses because black money was concentrated rather than wasted in white establishments where it would never benefit black people .
The fact is segregation never truly ended, what ended is white people refusing to take black money.
