Yeah remember when Punk called out Hangman about “the apology needs to be as loud and as public as the disrespect”? I guess sending a text and leaking the news to the dirt sheet is public and loud enough in Punk’s mind

I dont think he should have apologized for that,

Its only happening cause the Elite thing is if he does something to talk about them or their friends they'll just leak that hes in charge and spin it a way that makes it sound more detrimental when it honestly isnt ..and then Punk and his camp are so worried about winnng back the hearts and minds of a fanbase that already made their minds made about them they respond with their take and he feels like he has to apologize. And now people are like "he needs to do more" as if the Elite even want to meet up lol

Its honestly getting stupid, just have them meet in the same room and address this shyt. Im not even asking them to be friends or have a programme just get them in a room and tell them both to do knock it off, let them know whos in charge of what show and what authority they have. If Tony dont wanna do it, send fukking Mark Henry.

Well, it's established that he's intimidated by and scared of Page for some reason, so not all that surprising he'd text. It's ironic though given he shytted on Cody Rhodes for trying to recruit him via text and now he's trying to apologize through the same method.
No idea how you figure that

I think he's interpreting that news that Punk was worried Hangman might try and shoot on him in their match as Punk being scared, but i think any wrestler if they think their opponent won't cooperate are worried about what could happen if a move went wrong or someone decked them for real with their guard down

I’m sure Tony Khan is thrilled about having an article about AEW on Forbes.

CM Punk is distracting the locker room, causing chaos, and is a bad influence on the show huh...and it's making more news than the actual product...who could've seen this coming...
