You're right, nobody gives a tee total fukk about Colt Cabana. I do have a question though, does Punk own AEW?

Tony let that happen because he knew Punk was best for business. Even paid him more than everybody while letting Punk do that, since you're in tune with the locker room why don't you all make Tony be humble?

Everybody knows Phillip's a piece of shyt off almost 10 years of stories from the other company, none of you AEW fans or the owner for that matter cared since it was the biggest name possible that wasn't going to the WWE. Vince was the main problem, you all said.

I'm not going to sit here and act like I know what it would take for him to go back there, I have enough on my plate in real life that I don't have the time or energy to come up with spandex fanfic. Like everybody else has been trying to tell you, there's ground both parties have to give up in AEW and there's ground Punk/HHH have to meet in the middle on, just like Hunter said when asked about him.

Roman's going to do what he's told. It's interesting fans, especially online fans think these wrestlers have actual say in business decisions. Their feedback is appreciated but if something is best for business they're going to do what they're told. They can't be stopped from throwing tantrums and walking out (Stone Cold, Sasha, etc) but it ain't like they can do much else as long as the contract exists either so it evens out. And if it's that big an issue they can put Punk on RAW and the two never have to interact, but Roman seems to be enough of a professional to put aside a gripe for 5 minutes and do a match if it benefits everybody.

Tony definitely has fault, he could’ve made Punk and Cabana sit down and talk as a condition of hiring Punk, or fired Colt immediately and stood by that as the boss. He tried to play the middle and it turned into this. He fixed that by placing a new layer of management between he and the talent which was a good thing. How much heat can the guy who writes all the checks get? Not much. The AEW locker room decided who was at fault with brawl out. You directing so much venom at Kenny and the bucks when it’s everyone there but a couple of people with the same thoughts.

As someone who was super high on them..It’s OVER for this company. The goodwill is gone, the energy is gone, the roster is a mess, creative is in the toilet. Just a complete shyt show. Nothing but a slow decline for TNACW from here on out.

It was a dope ass run though..those first 2 years were pure bliss :wow:

This shyt sucked from the start. But that bozo cattle mutilation still thinks this garbage is good so they got about four more years with marks like him.

Things change way too fast to be that dramatic. Kenny the Bucks and Hangman had the company on fire a year ago. No matter what TSC says, Hangman and Adam Cole did great business and was a real main event. Just have to rearrange the focus back to where it should be, is all.

That whole roster minus Danielson and Mox are bunch of nobodies, it’s clear now Punk probably should not have gone in the first place. That place is amateur hour.

And MJF is glorified mid-carder.

No one was going to outdraw Punk and they’ve all now fumbled the bag. You wanna make AEW a fraternity, good luck.

The idea was solid imo. Kinda righting a wrong in a way since he just up and left the business, the company needed a spark and if he could take them to household status it would be the ultimate checkmate and he could go out on top of the world

It's the execution that was awful from really from Day 1 with bad booking and the happy go lucky act that went on way too long. Add that with his body failing constantly and almost no growth personality wise. Hindsight's always 20/20 but you can see how it failed, it was never really set to succeed

Don't say that MJF part out too loud he's got the entire internet and Cornette swinging off his sack but I agree. He just screams more playground bully push you down in the sandbox than company carrying heel

And Tony probably doesn't even realize it now but will down the line after the dust settles and he thinks about it all, he's shown the world that he ultimately has no control over his own company

How can't you keep hold of your biggest star but keep Andrade, even tell him you're not releasing him after he threatens to fight and tells the world he doesn't want to be there. Because the Bucks/Omega couldn't care if Andrade lives or dies so you feel comfortable using him to make a point. Elite wants the face of the company out after they run up on him and you fold completely

Vince would've come out of all of this with everybody still under contract and 3 EVP spots freed up

The company crumbled creatively without Kenny Bucks Hangman and Cole but that’s the real problem? 45 year old wrestlers should be more like Edge and Cena and not having runs on top. That’s where Tony fukked up, Hangman Page should be the one dropping the belt to MJF after a real run and show the two sides of the future.
