Honestly its better just to place people on ignore. There are some valid honest criticisms and then there's those who dont have lives or women who bytch just to bytch. I didnt buy 2k23 but I also dont have a single post about the game. There wasnt a reason to hate. I just didnt buy and kept it moving.
Ill hopefully have fun with it. If not $60 isnt coming close to breaking my pockets

It's arcade style, it's not supposed to be a simulation-style game like a 2K game.

I get that then it should look like WWE All Stars than other than realistic
2K23 is pretty fire. I like it a lot. I’m not mad at this game taking a different approach tho. That’s kinda ill actually.
I think we’re lying to ourselves if we pretend this game visually looks good considering the type of beautiful games we see these days with these powerful ass engines, but at the end of the day If the gameplay is fun I’m playing. Hell if the gameplay is bad, I’m still playing just off the strength of it being a game with AEW licensing.
I’m not mad at the jokes tho. Again visually this shyt looks like a PS3 game which makes it easy to clown. We don’t have to pretend this shyt is stunning lol it’s not. Even with the arcade’ish engine it’s not passing the eye test by todays standards..

I have rarely done any gaming since finishing up high school, but the few games I've played a bunch have mostly been games that looked like they were from the NES and SNES era, aside from that first Zelda game on the Switch.

I had actually stopped gaming altogether until 2020. I needed a hobby since the world was locked down and decided to dust off my Xbox One and play some random game called NieR Automata. shyt ended up being incredible and completely sucked me back into it. Started playing catch up on games I missed throughout the years and now I’m fully tapped in.

DoR 2 is underrated. Loved the submission system in that game.If this joint can be like day of reckoning then it’s cool

I just don't want to commit the time to gaming to justify the money for it. Got the Switch as a surprise Christmas gift back in 2018 and have played it regularly for only like 4-5 weeks. I'll probably play the hell out of this AEW game for a week and then it's off to collect dust lol
