I wouldn't be surprised if the NBA and NHL still promote AEW. They are still in the Turner family. AEW was promoting the TBS Wipeout show with John Cena. They were also promoting the TBS talent show with Cody and Snoop.

they giving em a whole new show (Rampage) plus agreeing to air basically 4 PPV caliber shows on TNT every year sound like AEW bout to reach even higher heights

What’s the marks excuse gonna be when aew doesn’t get as good of ratings on TBS as they do on TNT? Seeing as how they keep going on and on about TBS being in more homes then it should mean it’s not gonna do any less numbers than it did on TNT right? It should clearly do higher numbers.

Theyre already struggling to hold onto 1M Wednesday nights on TNT lol.

The word making the rounds is that between the switch to TBS, Rampage and the new quarterly specials on TNT, All Elite Wrestling is receiving in the area of an "eight figure payday" from WarnerMedia.

A big part of the move was brought about by WarnerMedia making their deal with the NHL.

Internally within AEW, this is being seen as a positive and a way to increase the company's footprint on multiple networks and additional content to produce
