The fact is a judge and a DA had all the evidence (something the NFL has none of because this case involves a minor) and deemed this a class A misdemeanor...but Goodell knows better because TMZ told him so...

There is no way AP doesn't win this appeal...everything with the way the NFL handled this case goes against the CBA...I hope the appeal is quick...Regardless of the outcome there will be a strike in 2016 and you can thank the way Goodell handled this case for that...
