LolI'm still not married, if you think something is wrong with me. I was asked to get married in my youth and I declined due to the fact that I was too young. I believe getting married is actually a easy task, but finding the right person for you can be hard sometimes. If I don't get married, its not ideal, but if I don't, I'll just be the best aunt there is

there's wayyy more pressure on women i feel when it comes to approaching 30. with men it's more about securing a steady job/career, with women it's about gettin married and havin a kid. thing is though when a man finally finds his way and carves out his life, he could always marry younger if he wants to.
i know so many girls who continue to get married, i suspect, out of pure desperation and the fear of being single at 30. you could tell which ones they are because when you see them on facebook they barely smile in any of their engagement party pictures.

One of the reasons I'm weary of dating older women.Nah, I understand that rationale….but it's a societal norm masquerading as reality, and I think a harmful mindset that furthers that type of thinking from men and women. We shouldn't devalue people because they aren't in a fukking marriage by 30, or at any time. You can probably make some assumptions about their life, and be like 70% right….but, thats not the point. It's 2015 and people still out here living and thinking like colonial times….That's a damaging and destructive thought process to inflict upon anybody, in this case women…You aren't worthy, you aren't normal, you aren't making me proud…because you aren't fukking married at 30-35. These qualifications generalize people down to the most basic of gender roles, strip them of individuality and free thinking... and I really cannot fukking stand them, or those who enforce those beliefs.

nah man there are a surplus of fine single women out there, yeah they prob talking to 5 or 6 different dudes but they still single.

I doubt there's nothing worse than being stuck in a miserable job (which you spend time at more than your own family) & you can't pick up & move or whatever because you got a family.
