Nah, I understand that rationale….but it's a societal norm masquerading as reality, and I think a harmful mindset that furthers that type of thinking from men and women. We shouldn't devalue people because they aren't in a fukking marriage by 30, or at any time. You can probably make some assumptions about their life, and be like 70% right….but, thats not the point. It's 2015 and people still out here living and thinking like colonial times….That's a damaging and destructive thought process to inflict upon anybody, in this case women…You aren't worthy, you aren't normal, you aren't making me proud…because you aren't fukking married at 30-35. These qualifications generalize people down to the most basic of gender roles, strip them of individuality and free thinking... and I really cannot fukking stand them, or those who enforce those beliefs.
