I think the point is though that Kawhi dragged things out so long that they missed out on Curry.

I mean I get it...the Clippers or Nets with Drummond (flaws and all) it would have been even more difficult.

Pelinka's done a good job but he can't be promising guys starting positions. LeBron and AD are the only two who deserve that privilege. Everybody else has to get in where they fit in.

Kinda crazy they started a net negative for five games in the playoffs because of politics. Even worse when you consider how terrible Lebron, Schroeder, and especially AD's numbers were when paired on the floor with Drummond.
