O yea that is definitely just for men.... I have no idea what a good max weight would be for women but 5' 6", 165 & fit for a woman would be pretty thick :whoo:

And its just kind of a guideline.... Chris Jones is like 5' 5" and he is scary shredded at 175.
ehh, not really...I'm 5'7" at 165 I'm a size 8, 175 a 10...when I was my smallest - 155 - I was a size 5/6 and looked like a bobble head lol

Don't know what it is about my frame, but I'm always a good 10-15 pounds heavier than what I look or what people expect.

Lol I'm 228 (morning weight) right now.
Damn, when the hell did you grow up like that :scheme:

Not that I had anything to base it off of but that's surprises me for some reason

my weight? or how those weights = that size? i say this is a lot of threads, men have terrible judgment of a woman's weight lol
Your weight.

I agree unless it's just a small women, trying to guess a woman's weight is fruitless.

Where are you guys coming up with these numbers?

I'm 5'10", around 190-195, and that's a perfectly fine size to be. I'm not super shredded, nor would I consider myself big, but I'm not a fitness model or competitor so IDGAF. :manny:
