I'm 5'11..........6ft:scheme: and 186lbs right now

but before I started working out and eating right I was around 135-140lbs for a while. If I dont eat right, drink water, stop lifting; then I'd lose like 10lbs in a week. Very high metabolism on this side of the fence :mjcry:

Half of the guys at my boxing gym in macon are around 140-165lbs and they look normal. I'm considered big there and told I need to lose all the extra muscle and weight all the time. The dudes at my boxing gym in japan tho..... Those dudes are like 110-140lbs soak n wet (crackhead status).

Im 6'1 150. Ectomorph. Been stuffing my face with 3,000-3500 calories and ATLEAST a gram of protein per lb if not more this last month . My arms and legs are getting bigger so hopefully by the end of the year I will weigh 165-175 That my goal. Then I'm going to start Muay Thai kickboxing at this gym in my town. I would start it now but idk of it will effect my gains cause I really wanna get a little bigger and have more power before I do it.

I went from 153-170 from December to April it's doable in a shorter span if your a natural ectomorph

I like formulas

I found one I think makes sense

15 + 2.5 * height in inches

5' 10" = 190lbs

5' 5" = 177.5lbs

6' 2" = 200lbs

At those heights there's really no huge benefit in weighing more unless u are Kai Greene or @semtex. Mite vary for some people but I think those are good limits.

That's pretty big.

What about 5'4.75 (same thing pretty much i guess)
