I found one I think makes sense
15 + 2.5 * height in inches
5' 10" = 190lbs
5' 5" = 177.5lbs
6' 2" = 200lbs
At those heights there's really no huge benefit in weighing more unless u are Kai Greene or @semtex. Mite vary for some people but I think those are good limits.
and about the same height and weight about 142-145I'm between 5'6 -5'7 and at 170 just about. Which is great for me at this point in my life. Imo the mirror is really more important then what the scale says.
Is your formula just for men? I just entered my height *(5'6) and it tells me that I should weigh 165? I don't want to weigh that much. I'm almost 150 right now and I got my doc to prescribe phentermine for me bc I feel soooo big and fat and heavyI like formulas

O yea that is definitely just for men.... I have no idea what a good max weight would be for women but 5' 6", 165 & fit for a woman would be pretty thickIs your formula just for men? I'm 6'1 and hover around 187-192 and that is comfortable for me. I've tried to go bigger and I couldn't sustain it and felt to big in a way. This weight is comfortable for me, i never strived to be the biggest around.

U are a beast thoughI think this is legit,though at 6'1 I'm supposed to only weigh 200,I weigh 211 and about 12% bf
That formula is for the weight u shouldnt go over if you aren't lean at a higher weight, not the ideal weight5'11 and 187 pounds with a six pack here

Plus 5' 11" = 15 + 2.5 * 71 = 192.5 so u are not far off
@semtex is 5' 11" and 210 I think but he rows Corollas. Its just a guideline for average gym brehs
