Acceptable weight

How much should a grown man weigh?

Now I know height and bodyfat plays a factor, but what weight shouldn't a guy be under?

I feel 190-240 is how much a man should weigh,height is factored in.

I'm between 5'6 -5'7 and at 170 just about. Which is great for me at this point in my life. Imo the mirror is really more important then what the scale says.

i agree it be hard to breath once you hit 210

I agree,but I still was in shape,but I wasn't huffin and puffin,but I definitely could tell a difference.
