Discs stop working and run out of print. Plus manuals are nonexistent
And even if you have the disc, you need internet to download the game anyway
There's little reasons to have physical these days. I only got it cause it was still hard to get a ps5 and they sold out of digital

Since I bought WWE 2K23 for 59.99 and on PSN it was 69.99. Same with Gotham Knights, it was 69.99 on PSN and at Walmart for pick up for 34.99.
I caught Gotham Knights on sale tho from my wishlist at a discount.
I'm at work I'll try to show them when I get home.

You’re probably looking at last gen version and current gen version, there is no price difference between physical and digital.
That or that specific store had a sales promotion. Every current gen Take Two published game is 69.99
