The thing is it's not your typical story of young man with talent gets in trouble due to bad influences, Hernandez IS the bad influence, its seems like his success in football emboldened his criminal instincts rather than curb them.

Based on how the Constitution is supposed to work (it doesn't), its innocent until proven guilty; he obviously didn't get a fair trial, but let's be honest: based on the evidence presented, he should not have been found guilty here by that jury in this trial because of lack of evidence; they never proved he killed him; there is no gun, no witnesses, and the motive was thrown out of court. System is indeed, broken

This is how you can know that you're guilty, and have have the look of indifference, disdain and unfairness be genuine as well because you did not get a fair trial. I don't know if he did it. He probably did, but what I know is that they never proved that he did which is what a trial is for. Its the same thing with Casey Anthony who I believe got a fair ass trial. The jurors came out and said that they thought she was guilty but the prosecutors failed to prove that she did so they let her off. Thats a honest ass trial and cacs were heated about it.
