I followed this case very closely from beginning to end, and I'll say there was an overwhelming amount of evidence against him, circumstantial yes…but the trial was more then fair, with numerous damning amounts of evidence being thrown out, I think any jury seeing the sam evidence has no choice but to render a guilty verdict. The Defense did a GREAT job, but even their closing argument only raised an alternate theory, that was not substantiated or really given much legs to stand on. It was just thrown out there. And, there was again, an overwhelming amount of evidence to to counter that Defenses theory. The legal system is fukked, in many ways…but save your sympathy for someone who doesn't have the power and money to hire that team of lawyers, who more then earned their retainers and billable hours….
I will say that's a fukking hard walk back to the cell, and a hard fukking rest of the life thinking about what could have been.
well he has another trial coming up and hes lucky they cant tie him to the double homicide florida drive bye
