I followed this case very closely from beginning to end, and I'll say there was an overwhelming amount of evidence against him, circumstantial yes…but the trial was more then fair, with numerous damning amounts of evidence being thrown out, I think any jury seeing the sam evidence has no choice but to render a guilty verdict. The Defense did a GREAT job, but even their closing argument only raised an alternate theory, that was not substantiated or really given much legs to stand on. It was just thrown out there. And, there was again, an overwhelming amount of evidence to to counter that Defenses theory. The legal system is fukked, in many ways…but save your sympathy for someone who doesn't have the power and money to hire that team of lawyers, who more then earned their retainers and billable hours….

I will say that's a fukking hard walk back to the cell, and a hard fukking rest of the life thinking about what could have been.

This was enough evidence to convict on first degree murder? Man, the U.S. legal system. I don't want to hear all that different jurisdiction bull. Zimmerman's azz walked with more damning evidence. There isn't a a modicum of uniformity or fairness to this shyt. It's like watching the lottery at night. Yo never know how this shyt will play out and it aint s'pose be like that.

Not only did his attorney admit he was there, they shot the guy 6 fukin times. Meaning whoever pulled the trigger pulled the trigger 6 times and two other dudes stood there and watched.

They should all be convicted of 1st or 2nd degree murder

Because you wake up in a fukkin box everyday. They tell you when to eat, when to shyt, when you can leave your cell, what personal items you are allowed to have. You aint living while youre locked up no matter what privileges you get. I don't care what "living" they can do behind bars. That shyt aint living but that's my opinion.

Long as your not Max Level security...................

You do know they get to leave in and out their cell all day from the hours of 6Am-12 Midnight,they get to workout anytime,they still get all the snacks they want,still get to talk on the phone as much as they want,still get visitors,they still can order clothes and look nice out of catalogs such as JcPenny,Macy's,etc,they still can work for a living,depending on the state they still can sleep with women,they still can Watch color TV and Cable as well,they tell you when to eat THEIR food,but you can eat YOUR food anytime you please,they still are able to buy mp3 players and listen to music all day if they please,if you slick enough you can work the guards for outside items(Cell phones,Fast food,etc)

Again it's not the life you want,but yall/your vision of prison isn't what you think it is,you still can do regular things as long as you not Max Security,nobody wants to be in prison breh,but you making it seem like they just sit a cell all day with 0 privileges and thats not the case at all,if you can adjust and keep your nose clean your time wont be hard.
