I don't know why...The defense didn't prove he didn't have anything to do with it
:hartwtf:Do you know how trials work? It was the prosecution's job to prove without reasonable doubt that he killed Odin Lloyd. No witnesses, no weapon. Motive was muddy. That's not enough evidence for this verdict.

Obviously the jury believed the prosecution of how it went down....all the defense said damn near at the end of the trial "ok, he was there....but he didn't know what to do"

Based on how the Constitution is supposed to work (it doesn't), its innocent until proven guilty; he obviously didn't get a fair trial, but let's be honest: based on the evidence presented, he should not have been found guilty here by that jury in this trial because of lack of evidence; they never proved he killed him; there is no gun, no witnesses, and the motive was thrown out of court. System is indeed, broken

No murder weapon. No motive. No witnesses.

:dead:

I think Ahern either pulled the trigger or he saw who did. However, I don't think the prosecution presented enough of a case to say he killed Lloyd. I'm surprised he was found guilty. I know people get convicted on circumstantial evidence at times, but in this particular case I don't think it was strong enough to convict.

Exactly. This is shocking to say the least. Evidence allowed was VERY weak.

I'm tired of hearing SAS say he's from the streets of NYC. Like shut the fukk up already about that. You'd think he grew up with the Supreme Team.
Aaron Hernandez was out there with Jimmy Henchman leaning on bad boy and setting up pac.

he was an original decepticon :heh:
