FOH...Prince doesn't have a guard's handle nor a guard's vision...nikka is a role player

If you don't think BI has a star's skill set, you gotta watch more hoops

Lol right, I called him T.Prince on some insult shyt. He’s much better than him and his potential is through the roof compared to him.

Since when does BI have elite handles when he routinely gets ripped driving to the basket :gucci:

Ingram’s best asset is his size and defensive instincts offensively his game is average all around

He didn’t say elite but I see what both y’all saying. He can dribble the ball like a guard but his size get him ripped when he’s driving. Right now he’s average all around on offense which is not a bad things. He shows flashes of a lil bit of everything but he need to find what he can be great at and work real hard on those things in summer.

A lot of it comes down to his lack of strength. So instead of getting somebody on his hip and being able to power through he as to be 100% dependent on using his handles which are just average. Once he gets strong and can create more separation using his body it'll open up his game. He has the basic tools in place that once he gets a lane he's a beast at finishing and has the pull up jumper. The next step is just getting more physical. He's definitely not a Tayshaun on offense.

I said the same thing myself. In two years we will see a different Ingram if he puts the work in the gym. If he puts his ego aside develop his shot and body he can be a pg13 light and win a chip next to Bron. The problem is he’s 2-3 seasons away and the Lakers are in win now mode.

Tayshuan Prince slander is just...:francis:

This dude put the clamps on Kobe and and a young LeBron.

Tayshuan Prince is a better shooter than BI (far better) and probably was a better defender in his prime (Ingram can get there though).

Ingram is a better ball handler and can pass a bit but he has far from elite handles and offensive skills. Trying to become an improved version of Tayshaun Prince wouldn't be s bad.

I'd say he's an above average passer. He's been dropping dimes but he has also had a bunch of terrible, lazy ass passes too. He got career high on assists last night, but if they could hit shots on a consistent basis, he would've had that shyt plenty of times this season.

Did I say he had elite handle? I said he has a guard's handle. An elite handle is Kyrie, Steph, Kemba, etc...

Do you realize how hard it is to create offense off the bounce? Not everybody can do that while shooting 45% and up.

BI is an abover avg passer for his height...BI has an above avg iso mid-range game...BI has elite defensive capabilities...and BI can run an offense which he has proven time & time again

How is comparing Ingram to Prince a slight?....During Prince's prime he was good for 14p/5r/3a/46%/38%/77% with great Individual/team defense...Prince played on a team with multiple all-stars, so his opportunities were limited......Also, the Pistons played at a much slower pace than this Lakers team. For example, this current Lakers team plays at a pace of 102.9(3rd)...the 2004 Pistons played at a pace of 87.9(24th)....that's a difference of 17% ...The Pistons were ranked 2nd to last or dead last in Pace from 2005-2010.....Add 17% to Prince stats and the numbers are very similar.

Have some of you ever thought that just maybe, the best role for Bi is 3rd/4th offensive option and #1 defensive stopper?......Some of you guys are trying to turn Bi into a 23-26 ppg scorer, maybe that's not who he is.
