ON THE KNICKS - KANTER > MELO
Really no debate to be had here. If you can't see it I don't know what to tell you. It's GOOD he bailed.
Fam....besides the game thread yesterday we keep everything in here. We were supposed be top 3 worst teams in the league and instead due to playing hard we're over .500. No one was expecting a title yet for some reason we stay getting clappped atWe had a few weeks with it easy and just like that....we the heels of the Coli again
Sorry I put an emphasis on results and guys who are willing to accept their roles. This is starting to get ridiculous. Melo was an MVP candidate at one point for the Knicks. Kanter is playing a well as a role player on a team thats played a dozen games this season.
Its clear the Knicks had to cut ties with Carmelo. Yes the way OKC and NY have looked says something about his impact at this point in his career. Thats still no reason to sound like a disgruntled ex.
Sorry I put an emphasis on results and guys who are willing to accept their roles.
The only reason I am even bringing up Melo because @Mr. Jack Napier still in this thread talking garbage. I personally moved on, the knicks are better with Kanter on this squad.
Nah, there was just the one from last nights game. Breh down south for the momentHave I been missing the @storyteller recaps?
Also, I'm hoping we can recover from this shyt show and come back with the same confidence we've had.
I saw some videos on Diallo somewhere and that nikka looks legit. Educate me, breh.
Kris wasn't gassed...he just didn't have itThis why we need the last lottery pick, we need another starter. This game was eerily similar to how Melo would get gassed from doing work and no one else could step up in the 4th.
Hornacek and Rambis should’ve did something about the defense quicker though, should’ve gave Dotson some burn or something put the defense death sqaud out there, I didn’t see much coaching this game.
Elite athlete, 6'5" with a 6'11" wingspan, will need patience for him to develop but has a high ceiling.
The only reason to pause on drafting him would be that he's from Queens, and players like him probably need to be drafted far away from where they're from.
The other player is Rui Hachimura, he could shoot up into the lottery if he plays well because his physical profile is exactly what teams want from SFs and this draft is limited on those.
Why?
He has potential but the way this team is playing right now I don't want ANY of them on the knicks
Fireable loss if we're being honest
Correct me if I'm wrong, but that was Brook Lopez and then we shipped him offKanter is the type of middle of the pack hustle guy that any serious team needs, just solid. Won't give you 35 pts or 25 boards, but he's just as unlikey to give you 5 pts and 4 boards. For all these years we've been going after big names and overlooking these glue-type players, considering them easily replaceable and talking about what they don't do as opposed to what they do on a nightly basis, and talking about trading them every other week. Hopefully we wisen up. You saw how he was running on those fast-breaks? Dude is motivated as hell to be playing in NY.
