I'd take a flier on Nance just because we don't have a reliable wing off the bench, let alone one that can defend. Other than rim protection, that's probably the biggest need imo.
I think of Nance as more of an undersized big. Based on that list, I think TJ Warren might really be our best shot at a wing. The one trade I've seen floated is Jericho Sims to New Orleans for Javonte Green...that's not bad.

Yeah I did some HW after I said that and realized he hasn't played the 3 consistently since his time in LA years ago, I take that back.

The rest of that list is disgusting.

I don't believe Portis is gonna get released now that the Bucks are back in the top-four. I'd pass on Nance, and stick with Precious as our undersized backup C.
I saw Portis was on the trade block a couple weeks ago, that’s why I included him as a possible but I doubt it happens like you said. I’d ideally like one more big wing as injury insurance (knock on wood) but i don’t see who that can be right now.

Yeah, I definitely remember Portis in trade rumors. I had him on my watchlist when it looked like the Bucks were gonna free fall. Unfortunately, they turned it around and the options for big wings seem to have dried up. But Leon's had some surprising moves in the past, so maybe he pulls a rabbit out of a hat. I don't hate the Javonte Green idea.

100% agree with you on Nance! Also, something about him that always rubbed me the wrong way. Maybe it was when he called Kobe a rapist in an interview & ended up getting traded to the Lakers

Kind of random but what would we think of Yabusele? Just read ESPN mention him in a hypothetical trade (for Sims and picks). I haven't watched the Sixers this year but saw some high-lights here and there and looks like he's not playing bad. He had a nice run at the Olympics and has good energy :jbhmm:

Literally no center minutes available once Mitch comes back
