Kanter is the type of middle of the pack hustle guy that any serious team needs, just solid. Won't give you 35 pts or 25 boards, but he's just as unlikey to give you 5 pts and 4 boards. For all these years we've been going after big names and overlooking these glue-type players, considering them easily replaceable and talking about what they don't do as opposed to what they do on a nightly basis, and talking about trading them every other week. Hopefully we wisen up. You saw how he was running on those fast-breaks? Dude is motivated as hell to be playing in NY.

Kanter the type to eat a gun charge for his people :hubie:

He's in a city with a Turk community, Mosques and coming from Utah and OKC there's zero chance he wants to leave so dude is about to do everything in his power to stay where he's at. Plus, it's the first time he's really been playing C fulltime as opposed to PF.

It's a shame @Mr. Jack Napier acting like this. He's running in and out of threads shytting on us and joining along with the rest of the Knicks haters. We been rooting for the Knicks together for years and he wanna pull this after the Melo trade. I'll be a fan of this team before and after any player leaves.

Those Instagram posts were fukked up by Bron and the rest of the Cavs. They don't respect this team, the fans or this city. It's fukk Lebron, Shumpert and the rest of them dudes from here on out.

Anyway let's get on with this season. We are doing pretty well and even though I wanted to tank, us being better than expected is always a good thing.

Those instagram posts are the epitome of insecurity, breh. For the first time in a long time, a LeBron led team is struggling involuntarily:wow:This isn't chill mode. This isn't a situation where they can flip the switch when they want. Yeah, they get IT back next month or in January so that'll be added offense, but that doesn't fix their defensive issues. Knicks fans are upset because we lost a game we should've won and there was added incentive because of Bron's comments. The Cavs are outchea celebrating wins in mid November, fam:mjlol:One team is enjoying the experience of playing ahead of expectation with a rejuvenated NY fanbase cheering them on, while the other team is playing well below expectation with a road that's only going to get tougher. Let em have their Arthur memes, breh:mjgrin:

criticizing his play is fine
no one is above that
but again, it was over the top and at lot of the times, it was irrational
kanter on the knicks being better den melo when he was on the knicks is a great example of this lol

AS far as fit, and as far as NOW, yes Kanter >>> Melo. You disagree?

Melo had one really good season with the Knicks his whole time here. He wasn't some all time Knick great. Sprewell's Knicks legacy is better than his.

The only thing I will always give credit to Melo as a Knick for is taking the garden scoring record from Kobe....that's IT. Aside from that it's thanks for your services and keep it moving.

I can see it now, all the delis and street carts blasting Knicks games on their radios. :banderas:

Go ahead and opt in for that final year of your deal, Enes. :smugdraper:

Personal hate? I rode for Melo hard throughout all the bullshyt. If you remember a lot of people didn't like him the second he came here because he made the Knicks give up everything so he could play in NY AND get paid. I was still in the Melo camp at the time because he was still a top 5 offensive player and in his prime.

But as the years went on this dude started to deteriorate before our eyes, couldn't even make a bunny layup in the paint, no more lift...he'd have a good game 1 out of maybe every 8 nights. Needs 30 shots to score 30 poin ts. When you've declined to that extent you can't be the man anymore, but yet this dude still wants the ball every time down the floor, plays no defense even though his offense wasn't cutting it no more....it was time for him to GO fam.

And let's keep it a 100 his only MVP caliber season was when we had all these veterans on the team to pick up his slack. When they ran out of gas, so did he, and the Pacers knocked us off. Melo was an exciting player in his prime, but he was never "great." This isn't hate, it's objective reality.
