Let me see if I understand you dudes:
95% of you front like your on this rebuild/pro-tank wave, yet get mad as shyt when the Knicks lose.
We don't mind losing, it's the way they're losing. There's no team identity, no defense, no offensive philosophy (all that up-tempo talk and then walk the ball up the court and have only 10 second left in the set), unbalanced starting line-up, no rhyme or reason for player rotations, no set plays and no attempt at player development.

None of this should surprise us though since the whole pre-season was a waste. Hornacek kept putting out useless lineups which would never be used. No wonder there is no offensive cohesion and floor spacing is terrible.

It's obvious that Lee and Hardaway together doesn't work, it's obvious Porzingis is not mobile enough to guard smaller players (other than Melo :flabbynsick:), it's obvious that Beasley is our best playmaker and would work better on the floor with Porzingis, it's obvious that having Willy and Beasley who are willing passers would make it easier for Porzingis, it's obvious that a having Kanter come off the bench would be much more beneficial to the team because 2nd string line-up of Baker, Hardaway, Lance Thomas, McDermott and O'Quinn is not capable of scoring in G League.

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
My fellow Knick fan, do you feel like this obvious scheme to get Kanter numbers is an effort to get another player?

If so, who? Clearly it won't be Bledsoe.

He has little to no trade value, they're playing him because he makes more than Willy and they have to justify trading for him by playing him. He came off the bench in Utah and OKC for a reason, he should be coming off the bench for the Knicks as well.

If that's the reason they're playing him it's a stupid reason. They didn't trade for Kanter, they traded away Melo. Neither he nor McDermott HAS to play

I really dont care who plays what position, the Knicks are taking this year off and so am I. Ill watch for Porzingis, if Nicotine ever gets healthy and Hornacek plays him, hopefully Dotson too

But the point guard spot has hit an all time low. We've had some really bad point guards going back to Chris Duhon. Were unwatchable :scust:

Im looking forward to seeing what draft pick we get and who we draft, anyone that watches almost every game this year i respect your dedication. Im too weak to handle that torture, ill be rooting for Melo :to: and for Knicks losses except when we play the Celtics and Nets :francis:

They don't have to play, but that's honestly why Kanter is playing. With McDermott there's a massive hole at SF so he's going to get minutes to see if he can do anything, but Kanter makes enough that playing him is mandatory, you'll see Noah get minutes over Willy when he's ready to go as well.

You hate Sessions/Baker/Jack....but if a trade to upgrade that position doesn't make us instant contenders, it's not worth it? How will yall feel when KP is worn down by February because he's the sole focus of the opposing defense every night? :patrice:

We couldn't get an 8th seed with Melo and KP....but we will with Bledsoe and KP? :skip:
theres proper ways to rebuild/ "tank"
the reason im annoyed that they suck...they're sucking without playing the young players that are supposed to suck until they learn to get better

why the fukk should i be all the way happy when the players i want to get valuable playing time are not playing in favor of veterans that wont be apart of this teams plans say 2020 :mjlol:
theres no realistic trade that makes the knicks instant contenders and im totally fine with that...but this mother fukker playing kanter over hernangomez , and these bum ass old trash vets and baker versus giving frank 6 minutes is irritating.
you people are misconstruing my definition of tank
i want young players to play....and learn from their mistakes cause they're bound to make them...and the best way for that to happen is through trial and error....not through watching some lesser trash ass veteran make struggle decisions on the court.
young players stink,i want to lose with young players on the court to add more talented young players so they can learn how to win on court together.
Kristaps HAS to play center to maximize his talents and most importantly help his team maximize his uniqueness, constantly putting someone next to him that clogs the paint makes no sense and leads to some shytty offense and pulls the best rim protector on the Knicks away from the rim because he's guarding a floor spacer on the other end. The direction the NBA is heading if you're going to have two bigs, they both need to be able to stretch the floor in addition to whatever low post skills they have. Every single center the Knicks have is a traditional C that can't guard the wings, and doesn't provide floor spacing so it turns into 4 dudes just watching that C when he has the ball.

They have to convince Kristaps to play C in the future so that they can start building the team with that in mind, they need to be more dynamic in their approach building around him.

Ps. Tim Hardaway is trash.
kristaps referred to himself as a stretch center in an interview with dirk next to him....something else is at play and i doubt its kp being unwilling to be a center.

this log jam and hesitancy of this coach to be open minded is possibly staggering development with kp among other young players
