Word. My favorite managers were the ones who kept it a buck and didn't try to dress stuff up with nice words and pretty statements. We had to take a department wide training that we had the chances to pass with a score of 80%. My manager had just come from the Boston office, and we shared the same northeastern sensibilities. She was like "aight look, this training, I want you to focus on it, if you don't pass after three tries, you can't work on any drug research projects cause it's tied to your certification" Everyone else had a problem with how she delivered the message

She did grab and hold my hand from the conference to the hotel cause some drunk American white girl was wilding out while she was talking to me...
She just came up to me and said , “ I’m not going to your hotel room”

at the bolded; LOL I know how them work conferences can go. It's almost like spring break for career folks. Can't tell you how many times I've seen these mostly white married broads go on one of these trips and use it as an excuse to wild out and fly back home to her husband with a throat full of the next niigga's nut. They already twisted off liquor by the time dinner is over lol and they just getting started.
