Same, me and Iryna got along well. I was there to work, the fake niceness isn’t necessary for me .And outside of work she was mad cool once she was comfortable. The time we spent together in Seattle was fun as hell.

Word. My favorite managers were the ones who kept it a buck and didn't try to dress stuff up with nice words and pretty statements. We had to take a department wide training that we had the chances to pass with a score of 80%. My manager had just come from the Boston office, and we shared the same northeastern sensibilities. She was like "aight look, this training, I want you to focus on it, if you don't pass after three tries, you can't work on any drug research projects cause it's tied to your certification" Everyone else had a problem with how she delivered the message
