Page had a long reign, but was barely on TV in a prominent role, and his booking while champion suckedWhy does everyone keep saying wrestler(s) X/Y needs to go heel?
And weren't people complaining that all the black male wrestlers got relagated to the same group/feud/segments?
Team Taz feud with Jay Lethal, who gets Sonny Kiss
Team Taz feud with Swerve and Lee
Team Taz now feuds with itself.
Bullshyt. Every champion has had a 150+ day reign. Y2J-182, Mox-277, Omega-346, Page-197
Then Punk broke his foot at 90 days. And even Interim Mox had it for 70 days. Again, no real short reigns outside of injuries.
Punk reign was 87 days and uneventful due to injury
Moxley reign was interim with 59 days full of bland matches that were mainly the same script (a back and forth match with Mox blading unnecessarily and winning in the end) to show that he’s a “fighting champion”
They hotshot a title match on dynamite to swerve fans and have Mox beat punk, then make him lose 11 days later at All Out, then the belt gets vacated.
5 out of the 7 total title reigns have not been anything to write home about, and the booking around the belt has been bad. This is all my opinion, but the belt has lost its luster since full gear 2021
