This was a good show and it's great. However, it's being completely overated
Watching through it..at the Tessa match now...of course shes great but what is this Hot Mess comedy? Lol
It was better than this last takeoverGreat that this happened, but it wasn't even better than a random Takeover.
With the talent involved I expected more. Last 3 matches were good and so was the women's joint.
No, it was not. I will say a lot of the matches were good, but the only truly noteworthy match was Omega vs Pentagon. Main event would have been great too if they could have had the time they needed. Seems like Okada's sleep walking and Tiger Hattori not being able to take backstage directions fukked them up.It was better than this last takeover
I noticed that too and I was gonna ask does anyone know about how the industry feels about or views LU.
I been people how no one ever acknowledges that no matter what place.
NXT never acknowledges Ricochett from there (thow I kinda understand that)
But Matt Cross (Son of Havoc)
Cage, Fenix, Pentagon.... this is REALLY how they hit the main stream and got a bigger name over the last 2 years. Cuz no one was really talking about them at the level we are now till LU and its crazy how they never get the proper shine or credit.
Just kinda weird

The impact of Lucha Underground in the pro wrestling world is incredibly underrated and ignored way too much. Look at this list of achievements:
Pushed Ricochet as its top face and developed his non-existent character work.
Revitalized the career of John Morrison.
Revived the career of Rey Mysterio Jr.
Turned Judas Mesias from TNA into one of the most legit monsters in wrestling today.
Popularized the likes of Fenix, Pentagon, Drago and Aerostar in the US (with Pentagon now being one of the top stars in the world).
Popularized tons of indie talent such as Willie Mack, Bryan Cage and Matt Cross.
Made inter-gender matches work.
Made Vampiro and Konnan relevant again (maybe too relevant since they'll be facing each other in the ring once more).
Gave Chavo Guerrero (arguably) the best match of his career.
And almost all the above was achieved by only two things: Great booking, and great wrestling!
