knocked out during the nyla match but just got caught back up. good main event. was a fun show. i see they got a womens fatal fourway planned for Collision. hopefully the rest of the card looks decent.

This main event is wild

Mortos and Takeshyta fukking wrecked them cruiserweights

That was the best episode of Rampage in a long ass time and they actually made an effort throughout the show to build up the main event which is a rarity for any AEW show.

There was a shoulder tackle/spear in there from Morris to Lio that legit looked like he'd been clipped by a bus.

They're starting to get more ring time too in competitive matches. The last 5 AEW matches have all gone 8+ minutes, with the last two nearly 10 minutes. Prior to that, they only had one traditional tag team match go over 3 minutes on TV.

Combine that with that vignette they had the other week on Collision, and it appears they might be getting that patented AEW slow build push that allows them to get over organically.

Don't really see them as future AEW tag champs, but anything different from the rotating door of FTR, Young Bucks, and the Acclaimed would be a welcome change.

When you think about it, building up the Outrunners now could be a really good move. They are an 80s nostalgia act. The popularity of 80s nostalgia stuff always jumps when something in pop culture that relies on 80s nostalgia starts popping. You know what 80s nostalgia is set to take the country by storm again sometime next year? The final season of Stranger Things.
