He been for years now. He got a gift against bum ass Rosado in 2020. Then lost to mid ass John Ryder that fight coulda went either way though.... But this his 1st fight back in 2 years after he already looked cooked. He is done at that level.

I don't get ya'll. Two things can be true. Yes he should have knocked him out, but at the same time Shakur showed a masterclass and completely disarmed him. If he's "not elite" then let other fighters prove it in the ring then

My argument had nothing to do with his skill, or if he’s elite.

He’s courting Tank Davis and the other major money earners at 135. He needs casual fans to get interested to put pressure on the promotions to prioritize those fights. So when he doesn’t get a KO that he should have…. Then those PPV buyers are not going to be pressed to demand the fight.
