Bud would beat Pacquiao. The angles would be less of a problem for him because he is also a southpaw. He wouldn't be pivoting towards and lighting him us as he turns.

Bud is good at two things Pacquiao struggles with, fighters who counter during exchanges and fighters who can box on the outside.

As for Spence and Pacquiao, at his peak, Pacquiao would stop him. He is too much of a plodder when it comes to getting his offence off. When they were scheduled to fight, I'd lean towards Spence. No longer dynamic which made him easier to bully.
