This was one of the funniest narrative flips leading up to the fight. The dude who comes up in all the best defensive fighter lists opponents have like a 15% connect rate against him suddenly became trash defensively. Spence, a dude we saw in all kinds of back and forth fights where he got touched somehow was better defensively

I think the point is that none of y'all were talking about damage before this fight. After the ugas fight you said Spence was gonna beat bud. So obviously you thought he looked perfectly fine that night. Now all of sudden he's been damaged in 7 car accidents. Next y'all are gonna be saying he fell off his horse and shyt.

Possible, I've never seen him that bad in any of his fights, yes bud is a master class boxer but errol was taking some of the most retarded angles from a hof boxer I ever seen. Going forward I'm betting against any fighter that comes off long layoffs, like the 3rd-4th time we seen one get they assed whipped all year

They never mentioned anything about Spence being damaged until AFTER he got smashed. For them it's too late now. I don't wanna hear it. It's not even worth arguing about on here breh. It seems both fans and fellow boxers are saying that wasn't the real Errol Spence. Something was off. People here though are too caught up in Stan wars and being happy they were right about Crawford winning, rather than looking at it objectively. There are some very wild takes going on right now about Spence, from him ducking Crawford to his resume being weak to people losing to him on purpose. You're not going to get people to agree objectively that that was not the real Errol Spence in there, even though anyone who can see without fan glasses can see the truth WITHOUT taking away from Crawford.

He should retire, he's been inactive the last 3 years multiple accident just took a life changing beatings its time. Count his blessing live another day, being that inactive taking that much punishment isn't it.

He's been inactive because of a eye injury and Crawford not taking the fight last year..lol. He ain't quitting off of that. That's for sure. Fraizer got destroyed by Foreman even though he beat Ali. shyt happens.

When did the doctor come out in the 4th round? Dr probably low key wanted to stop the fight then but had been pressured otherwise. Spence was still in the fight, but knew shyt could get bad soon. Why they allowed him to fight till 9, idk. Fight coulda been stopped at 6, definitely at the end of 7.

I don't think they should allow him to do the rematch. In 10 years, his people will regret that shyt.

Entirely possible that Spence has issues from the accidents.

Still destroyed Ugas though. Ugas was hitting him and it just pissed Spence off.

I don't buy the excuses. He looked slow like a top fighter looks slow against Floyd. Man just got taken apart by a better fighter.

From halfway through the second round, when they clenched and Crawford pushed him back, Crawford upped a gear and Spence was floundering from there.

Those heavy blows from Spence eventually take their toll, Crawford didn't allow that to happen. Just a masterclass of boxing.

Zab didn't look slow against Floyd..was ahead for awhile. Maidana was still maidana and even a older Mosley caught him. They looked like themselves. Spence didn't. That's it. No matter what, he signed the contract and got beat up. There are no excuses. He didn't seem like Errol Spence. Simple as that

Why can't it simply be Crawford is just a better all around fighter? Pre and post accident doesn't change that. If the accidents and eye issue never occur, it doesn't change the fact that Crawford is the superior fighter.
