Is it just me or did Spence seem almost annoyed during that interview. He seemed out of character like he was irked by the fact Garcia wants to fight him so bad, then he threw darts at Swift and Porter. He normally is up there all happy and positive about everything, breh might be getting frustrated

I was impressed by how Mikey could slip Easter's jab to get inside. He seemed REAL comfortable sitting in range of Easters reach after the first round. If he can do that against Spence and handle Spence's power I could see him boxing Spences head off

Best counter puncher? Wtf...since when...haha

I dont even think Canelo is in the top 10 p4p anywhere.
Canelo had cotto (one of the most skilled boxers of this era) grasping for air. Canelo dropped trout (who was the man at 154) off a counter. Canelo is also 27 and has arguably a top 5 resume among ascribe fighters. But yeah u right he not 10 p4p and he beat all them nikkas on accident

What about Lara? He beat him? What about that fiasco last Sept where he faded away and couldnt keep the workrate up to win solidly? He would eat body shots and get knocked out by round 9 by Spence. Common sense.

Ain't nothing slick about Easter, y'all see a nikka use a bullshyt shoulder roll that he doesn't know how to use effectively and swear they slick.
Easter was definitely slick last night. Good footwork. Good head movement. Used his height and reach better than I've ever seen him use it. He actually had mikey hesitant in there. Dont care if Easter wasnt slick in previous fights, he was slick last night and it was very effective. He was just in there with a better fighter:yeshrug:

my main point was that Spence is not interested in all that cute shyt. He's gonna come right at mikey. Spence is more than willing to take one to give one. So it's gonna be a completely different fight. Spence has a bad habit of leaving himself open when throwing. He squares himself up too often and I could see mikey hitting him with something big early. The size difference will prolly be too much for mikey to overcome, but it will be interesting early. Definitely won't be a lopsided beatdown like everybody thinks. But the way broner had mikey hurting from those body shots will always be in the back of my mind. Mikey will have to fight a damn near perfect fight to pull out a victory. I favor Spence 65-35 in that matchup, but I wouldn't consider a mikey victory a huge upset at all. He has the skills. Just don't know if he has the size.

Mikey has a bad habit of absorbing shots with his hands and he isn't the best mover himself.
His style isn't good for fighting against the big guys at 147.
Like Roy Jones Jr. said 2 weeks ago when the LIam smith and jamie fight, absorbing big shots against a big puncher is foolish. Mikey isn't built for that.
