I was going to mention during the fight that Easter eye was starting to close.

But I thought it was my struggle stream

Naw bruh when he walked past @CHAMPSIDE and me his cheeks were the size of lacrosse balls. Easter took a LOT of punishment in that fight. He’s got a great chin.

yes, good/great big man beats good/great smaller man. you can favor Mikey over most WWs but Spence is athletic superior to most WW not to mention Mikey. he is fighting someone who is his equal in terms of skill but much bigger and stronger.

Is it just me or did Spence seem almost annoyed during that interview. He seemed out of character like he was irked by the fact Garcia wants to fight him so bad, then he threw darts at Swift and Porter. He normally is up there all happy and positive about everything, breh might be getting frustrated

I was impressed by how Mikey could slip Easter's jab to get inside. He seemed REAL comfortable sitting in range of Easters reach after the first round. If he can do that against Spence and handle Spence's power I could see him boxing Spences head off

Didnt seem annoyed at all it seemed like he was finally happy someone on his side of the street actually called him out, dude spent half a year dangling his title out there calling folks out to come get a title shot while these other big name 147 PBCers are fighting tuneups, eliminators, or disappearing completely. The shots at Porter, Garcia, and Thurman were reinforcing that, but he seemed genuinely happy that Mikey said his name.

even if we agree he is...by how much? marginal? its not a wide disparity. I think people confuse skill with how pretty you look

Kell Brook was able to push Spence around most of that fight and land counter jabs and right hooks. Canelo is much stronger and better defensively and offensively then Brook. Spence wouldn’t be able to hurt Canelo and would have no chance against him

That was back then..Spence has improved and Canelo's stamina hasnt gotten any better.

And he can definitely hurt Canelo...no one has attacked Canelo's body non stop while cutting off the ring. Spence can do that.

Yup he was on complete offense mode for both fights. This solidified him as Top 5 p4p Easter ain’t been hit like that since he was a jit
