In about two weeks both brothers will be back to talking that rah rah I’ll beat anybody ass social media noise.

Good fight, but I’m disappointed in Charlo: his overall inability to setup a punch/offense, his lack of pace/workrate, and his lack of urgency when he had Castano hurt several times. I’m not going to disparage dude, but how you got way more energy at press conferences and shyt than you do on fight night? I just saw him on All Access this morning talking about just knowing another man is training to hurt him and potentially take things away from his family makes him want to go off. Then go off then in the ring??!! That wasn’t no damn Lion. That was a slightly agitated Yorkie or something.

I can’t see their handlers making them fight back to back anyway

that was a tough fight

I can see both taking an interim fight

it also allows time to properly build the 2nd fight into a ppv fight, which I can see happening

Castano put hands on Charlo. I thought he won, but I can somewhat see a draw. Definitely was no 10-8 rd in that fight so get that Larry Merchant shyt outta here. Judges were on some rocks during the fight.

Mell needed to implement the strategy Tarver used against Glen Johnson in the rematch. Push Castano back with volume and let the heavy shots come to you. All that poor mans Roy jones pot shotting won't cut it, especially if you don't have the foot work an angles to pull it off.

Aleem should have won the 1st fight, but that could have very well been a draw.

Rolly's personality sells his fights because even his knockdowns and KO's are rough and ugly to watch.
