They had that Ishii vs Shibata intensity

That Jay White gif isn't even a week old and it has already been run into the ground and made irrelevant like the real Jay White.

Ishii/Takagi lived up to its potential. Definitely felt like one of the Shibata/Ishii classics the way they were just out to kill each other.

Tomohiro Ishii vs Shingo Takagi - G1 Climax 8/8/19

Exactly what you want from these two. A sprint were they basically collide against each other over and over and over again until someone gives in. The excess in the end was totally forgivable for the match they worked imo (kinda like Omega/Ishii last year, were it was truly ridiculous the stuff they were doing but it was just undeniably awesome). There's not a lot to say about this match other than it was fukking dope and what I wanted to see
