The Traps of Unified Korea
Think about how far left field the business has gone to where kicking someone in the face is no longer considered a potential 3 count
I know what you're getting at in regards to the business as a whole but the Boma Ye and Kamigoye are both knees to the face like the Shining Wizard and are two of the most over finishers in the world.

Shibata's PK is/was a kick to the chest.

Even as the place that gave birth to insane neck drop finishers, the collapse of believable finishers is a much more American thing than Japanese.

You still have US fans that don't rate lariats as finishers and shyt on strike finishers in general.

That's KENTA's fault for not catching him properly with that kick during the pescado:ufdup:

As someone coming off an ankle injury, I feel for him. That’s definitely a level 3 sprain if he didn’t fracture it. I’m sure he’s gonna continue in the G1, but dude needs to :whoa: on it.

He’s gonna fukk it up even more. :beli:

What happened to the timeline where we got Donald Trump as president and Dean Ambrose vs Taichi in the G1

Yeah, he's not going to miss a date apparently. Not even the random undercard matches, hopefully he's in there a bare minimum. Crazy he makes it out of the Naito matches okay and he gets fukked on a plain dive :unimpressed:

Ishii and Shingo are gonna make me watch more matches from the G-1 than I've seen in years :wow:

He prepares his neck in his institute with 50 kg dummies...not sure he has ankle exercises yet though I'm sure he's gonna come up with some new fukkery after this sprain :pachaha:

My Own 🌍
finally getting around to peeping Day 1, good opening show with a good crowd :leon:

the tag match got me hyped for Cobb/Ishii, should be a dope hard hitting and fast paced match

LIJ vs Juice/Liger/Yano was a fun match

i was cracking up at Ospreay starting the match with a Spanish Fly but then
full
at him almost killing himself on that dive a few minutes later

Fale/Evil was decent, i liked how he brought out the chairs and they ended up being his downfall

ZSJ/Sanada was a good technical match but wrong person won IMO

Kenta looked happy as hell to finally be outside of them purple ropes :pachaha:

Okada/Tanahashi was straight but they've had better matches in the past

overall good opener, now let's see what's good with the B block

Night 1 was very good.. got probably 4 of the 5 matches having high marks over here. My personal favorite was SANADA and Zack Sabre Jr.

KENTA looks a lil rusty but still good. The reception for Okada and Tana before the match began was GOAT shyt.

Dallas ain't really a big New Japan location. I like them running the airlines arena it looked cool but they can't fill up an arena that size in Dallas. They need to work the east coast and west coast for now

I thought the crowd was awesome, NJPW simply didn't fill the location due to shortcomings that they need to find and improve, whether it was the ticket prices or lack of advertising.
