It's even going to be worse for him because of how he looks. When the judge and jury see all his hair and all the tats on his face and body, they tear him apart. What kinda drugs he on to even do that shyt?

That clip of Fat Joe and 69 is an example of the yougins not listening or respecting the OGs in the game and the generational gap

Too bad he tried to separate for from his entourage at the last minute. I can't say I care because I thought he sucked as a rapper and brought alot of that bad energy on himself.

I'm not caping for the kid, I'm just saying the law is bs based off principle.

If you're a boss and your handlings are 100% fluid, to the point where there is no evidence of your affiliation within an enterprise, than you shouldn't be indicted with cats that there is physical evidence on.

With that said,I'm willing to bet the enforcement of this act, is disproportionately used on minorities, regarding street level crime, when white collar is the most prevalent crime in this country. White collar is the real upstream factor that contributes instability as it steals money from: workers, social programs, pensions, etc...

A spokesman for Manhattan U.S. Attorney said Tekashi, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, was busted along with three others, Kifano (Shotti) Jordan, Jensel (Ish) Butler and Faheem (Crippy) Walter. The racketeering charges relate to Tekashi’s self-proclaimed membership in the 9 Trey set of the Bloods gang.
