When you are indicted in the Southern District of NY, with a press release and everything, for gang/murder/weapons charges, it's near surreal of a moment to me. I saw something bad coming, but not prime time indictment in SDNY.

I doubt he gets bail, I doubt he gets less than 8 years, absolute minimum. His whole crew will turn on each other.

Accused of trafficking fentanyl.....They are out of here.

Yeah I don't like this shyt.

It's a cheat code. Feds need to keep this same energy when going after all the white collar crime in this country.

Don't ever compare what happened to the Panthers to this fool Tekashi who is sexually abusing numerous underage girls and helping to trafficdrugs

Yall gotta learn to stop the annoying "what about white men" line in these stories all the time. They give them a reason to. Name me one other genre like hip hop where there is constantly this drama of illegal crime or the artists being stupid to get caught up all the time with it...name them

Idk the case in US but here, Spain, you get 5 to 7 years only for being a member of a org. group. That's if you feel brave enough and try to fight it.

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
“Update on #tekashi69 and the indictment against him and his crew - According to cops , Tekashi and his crew conspired to commit a slew of crimes, including drug deals, armed robberies and shootings ... according to the federal indictment.

The feds believe Tekashi himself pulled an armed robbery on April 3 along with his ex-manager, Shotti, and 2 other members of the Nine Trey Bloods. According to the docs, they robbed gang rivals at gunpoint.

The indictment also mentions the April 21 shooting incident at Barclays Center in Brooklyn ... and fingers Fuguan Lovick as the trigger man.

The indictment, first reported by the NY Daily News, lists 17 counts dating back to 2013.

The feds also say Tekashi and associates were hawking heroin, fentanyl, MDMA and marijuana all over NYC.“

:snoop: at these semantics.

So there's no bigger criminals out there? This goofy rapper that wasn't even popular 2 years ago is the biggest fish on their plate....to the point that it took 3 Federal organizations to take him down?

What the fukk is he, a Bond villain?

If Homeland Security getting involved in investigating 69 don't sound silly to you, I don't know what to tell you. :manny:

Fred.

This the 1 statement I dislike seeing. I could tell you some wild sh*t that may "Sound silly" but in reality there nothing silly About. I get a lot of u cats is older so of course u got a different perspective an a more sound voice of reason but if you idolise gangstas and u want to be gangsta no amount of money will change that. Like I speak from experience all I know is gangsta sh*t from my mother my step pops my uncle's and its not about being dumb. If u want to be something or u idolize something growing up you gonna want to portray regardless u a regular local n*gga or u all of a sudden Poppin an famous. Like i got my ankle dam near blew out fightin to walk again and everythng thats came to me I was forewarned about by the same people I idolized but u Kno its like yea whatever cant shyt touch me. U think tekashi think he p*ssy? Cause i guarantee you he dont. Like sometimes you guys get so caught in the fame aspect and so caught up in trying to say oh he got rainbow or he lightskin or Whatever but that dont mean nothing bro. And im not coming at u family I just wanted to touch on that piece I bolded cause I understand where he coming from. Mfs lookin at u like you should do this an that an u got this option and that 1 but at the end u Gon surround yourself around like minded and I guarantee u he truly believes he built for whatever come his way whether its true or not because I still feel gangsta despite what Im goin through and its not easy to change your entire pysche the biggest part of being gangsta is not giving a f*ck. Yea he definitely give a f*ck now but I jus understand when u poppin when u that n*gga like f*ck his status in the industry he's a regular hood n*gga blowin cash f*ckin hoes beatin n*ggas up just cause its addictive. This jus a little rant on the topic and I hope I said my points cohesive but im not coming at you or nothin fam Its just no matter how silly the situation sound or the reasons behind a situation sound its all to real and all Im seeing is people being dismissive of his situation cause he brought it on his self kinda and I can relate this lifestyle addictive everything that come wit it and it aint no blueprint to wat make a hood n*gga bro like this n*gga got to stand his on gangsta and i hope he pull through. I'm only 23 I think he what 22? That sh*t wild and im counting my blessings but why would I count him out as another man just cause Im not a fan?

any ways if u fwm let me get that rep

Read my next post. I'm not caping for the kid. I think he's a scumbag. But I'm in the business of equity. Resources and time arent being divided equally to address real systemic problems.

Street life and crime are a self perpetuating cycle and problem within many black communities. Cats are products of their environment, whether they see it that way or not. Blacks are setup to fail, all throughout the US.

While 69 isn't black, everyone else around him is. I'm looking at the big big problem breh.

I fundamentally have a problem with RICO, especially since I'm willing to bet its disproportionately used to take down minorities or blue collar crime.
