got my annual evaluation at work this morning...we will see what comes of it

so it went very well..my own manager loved the fact that the unique learning curves i had to deal with in my first year of the job I was able to handle them with little to no trouble...just one minor critique that her manager gave to her regarding an answer i gave during one of my tech huddles she was in that she didnt like too much lol..but yeah so the next step is senior management reviews my evaluation during a meeting and then they decide how much of a salary bump and bonus ill be getting..ill be given a letter with that information at the end of the fiscal year, june 30th by HR via my manager

It's funny how late corporate america can be with things like year end evaluations and objectives.

I just got my 2019 MBOs even though we're in the 5th month of the year :heh:

I took a quick drive around where I'll be interviewing in a couple of weeks. 15-20 minutes with no traffic :ehh:. No branding whatsoever on the building. I expected it to be taller but it's actually one of it shorter ones in the area. As long as I can start work early in the morning, I can get down with that.

Owning a laundermat is a good business to get into. Relatively low overhead and it produces very consistent cash flow.

I’m at a laundermat now and between washing and drying I’m looking at at least $12-13 bucks and I haveba relatively small load. Other families look to be dropping 20-30 bucks.

The biggest investment outside of the property would be the washers and dryers. After that, not much else. You only need 1-2 staff members at anytime and security cameras

@Mega keep me honest breh, I know you’re in the game.

Time to step out of my comfort zone and learn a new business product to add more value to my portfolio. Got my annual bonus, bish was $15K :wow:, banking world be throwing around money.

In a few years I’ll be getting that Executive bonus pay :damn:

You in ATL and they throwing that type of money? Lemme slide you my resume in the PMs. :feedme:

All jokes aside, I'm networking everywhere possible.

I be trying to get my brehs into the banking world. Most people think it’s all branches/tellers, and personal bankers. It’s deeper than that, deeper than rap :yeshrug:

On everything I love, fukk this damn job. I didn't sign up for this. I send this dude a dataset with info for all the divisions within our branch. He sorts the divisions alphabetically, filters on the division he wants to see, but then uses the ending row number of the selection as the count of records. So for example, his selection was rows 400-1000, meaning he has 600 total records selected. No, he said it was 1000 records selected and deemed the data "incorrect"

Gonna look to make a lateral move within my company to the function I'm looking to explore outside. Even if I stay for two months I have no qualms about it because its all been in the same company.

On a side note I might have to start taking this big data/IT field seriously. Dudes are breaking serious bread and better yet, have a constant pick of the litter as it concerns their next role/job.

My boy's friend is a cloud computing engineer at Amazon. Doesn't even have to upload his resume. Recruiters blowing up his inbox like it's nothing.
