the article tells you the mattress by mail model is killing brick and morter mattress stores, what would make you think this chain going out of business is a sign of the coming bubble burst?

Credit/Debt interlocks a lot of companies that on first glance may not be interwoven.

Example: Mattress Firm is filing for bankruptcy, it has debt obligations to it's creditors. It's creditors have expectations to use the loan payments from Mattress Firm to also pay off their creditors. When the cash flow stops coming then issues arise.

Plus you have a set of people that are out of jobs and could possibly deafult on their debt obligations etc.

I think the next bubble might just be general consumer debt

Can’t wait until the end of the year. No more huge expenses until June 2019. I can just stack up bread and focus on my savings, investments and credit.

Since April of this year it’s been one big trip after the other.

SA/Kenya
Nigeria
Europe
Nigeria (Upcoming in December)

Don’t regret a single trip as this was my first year of full time work and I paid cash for all trips.

Hopefully I can switch to a new position that pays 15-20k more and is in the same area. I can keep my very cheap rent situation and stack up even more.

Mattress Firm a single business went out of business due to low sales as the market for their product has changed.
It isn't big enough in finance or employment to have anywhere close to the effect you are thinking it has nor is its failure tied to anything structural with the finance market, which is the key when you are looking for triggers or signs about an incoming crash of a bubble.

Mises.org has some good articles on what to look for when bubbles are about to burst and key points to look for before a recession starts if you are interested in the austrian economic analysis

I say this because Mattress Firm bought Sleepy’s for $780 million 2 years back. Lol, that’s a decent amount of debt. Mattress Firm may not be the trigger but I do think it warrants keeping an eye out.

American economy has been hot for a while.

American economy has been hot for a while.

American economy is propped up with another bubble, but some of Trums deregulation has spurred natural growth, unfortnately his tariffs have imposed a tax that wipe out the growth and his government spending has increased the debt. On top of that you have the continue defaults on student loans which is causing higher education to get near their bust status and private/public subsidized student loan holders taking a hit on high default rates as well. I believe if I remember correctly there is another housing bubble reaching its climax as well. When the real estate bubble pops again I think that will be yoru signal.

Anybody took their Cysa+ yet?

I took it once and failed by one question :stopitslime:

Plan on taking it again this weekend.

What was your data dump sheet, I was told a good data dump helps a lot for this exam since it’s a lot of reading.

I also know tgey changed the exam so it’s slightly harder/different than before

I took it and passed. Only thing I will tell you is dont cheat yourself and try to memorize answers. Learn the content of the exam play with the tools covered by the exam, the prinples you have.to know, memorize them, but other that I dont know more to tell you than to try to help you with better study guides

what study guides?

And I've done over 60 hours of lectures, I'm not cheating shyt. My main issue is the question format and trying to figure out what the question is asking.. the BEST choice bullshyt

I didn't even feel like it was hard. If they had gave me 5 more questions I could've passed.

I would like to know what you chose to data dump.
