One of my favorite websites right now is Zillow. I love spending time on there searching for the perfect house, it also inspires me to work/study hard so I can afford my dream house.

I really need to go ahead and get my CCNA book. A lot of my coworkers got their noses in their books studying during lunch...gotta get back on my grind.

I heard you on that man . Looking at those multi-million dollar listings and calculating how possible it would be to own one day.

Thought about helping 20 other people having some extra money and every last one of them is questioning my motives. LOL at the whole support black business bullshyt, talked it over to my white friends and they were game And that's where we fail, black people see work white people see an opportunity it is what it is. I'll be back in 6 month making a thread about how it went and I hope it burns your souls knowing it could be you making 6 figures a year doing almost nothing

why get angry at the potential prospect when you could dig deeper to get at the reasons for their hesitance?

I find out if I pass the first part of the CPA exam in about a week and a half. If I pass, I get the pleasure of studying for the mammoth of the second section. Everything about accounting is long and boring brehs, lol.
