exams kicked my ass out of 5 only 2 i know i passed for sure, worst thing is ive actually put in time and effort this semester. i really dont want to repeat anything this summer had to repeat one exam last year and that sucked pray for me brehs

I'm not scam artists like gregory, i have never touched MLN but watch the video I think 90% of your questions will be answered and then you'll see its no MLN.
Also I'm going to be honest if I had the money I wouldn't do this, I rather move in silence and make my money letting everyone else wonder how I do it. But this paycheck to paycheck life isn't for me and I want out.
End game is simple do this get my money up and go legit, form a business. When I have 15% of my own capital go to the bank get a business loan and 10X it.

2016 was a hibernating year.

I really have to get over my "do it all by your own strength/ hand" mentality.

Damn I kinda figured that. I'm going back to school this year so that I could be a financial advisor. Really don't wanna work for anyone else tho, and not trying to deal with white folks and their bs all day. I would like to start my own firm but I may have to bite the bullet for a year or 2I got my first taste of corporate life in 2016 and it made me regret getting into finance to be honest. Honestly, I thought a finance major would teach me how to be a financial advisor for regular folks. Pretty much all they teach you is corporate finance to one day become a corporate lackey

There was maybe one or two classes I took that related directly to personal financial management, but like most college majors, the goal is to help you get a job working for someone else. Although The school I went to has an entrepreneurship major now which is cool, but not sure spending all that money for a degree is necessary to start your own business.
But yeah, I can't go back to the corporate world. If I did, it'd be as a temp thing at most. I actually got hit up by a recruiter for a financial position with a commercial real estate company. But something told me to turn it down. I looked at their website and not a single executive in any of their 15 offices was a minority. Smh.
I hate that race and politics plays such a big part in my career decisions now, but it does. I can't go back to just being the quiet subservient negro just to pick up a check, especially when my boss is clearly being discriminant like my last one was. And what's worse is I worked with this 20 something Mexican chick who was a huge Trump supporter there too

One of my favorite websites right now is Zillow. I love spending time on there searching for the perfect house, it also inspires me to work/study hard so I can afford my dream house.
