I think the closest I'd come to that is a software company but that's not what I really want to do. My first step on the journey to financial security is going to be in real estate. Hopefully I can find a nice duplex or four-plex and contract a property management company to run it. I just don't want to get deep into a property that's just so far gone that it's never profitable.
