had a client raise his voice at me today. . I really hate this shyt man sometimes you just want to tell motherfockers to shut the fuk up sometime. They think just because they are paying the company they can talk to you any sort of way.

If I fukk up, I am perfectly happy with taking blame for this but dont raise your voice when I got nothing to do with it. If I let go of my cool, become a hot head start talking shyt to this dumb ass, company would never back me because I lost a million dollar plus account by being a dikk right back but people really need to learn how to talk people. I dont give a shyt how much you are paying.

My manager say dont even bother, he will take care of it since it has nothing to do with but I can't stand disrespect from people like that and not being able get on their level.

One of my Indian co-workers constantly has to deal with this sheet. Irate customers who feel they can talk to people any sort of way.

I have a haircut appointment at 10.
