If you're looking to ballpark an unlisted salary for a remote job, always skim the fine print. Companies advertising national remote positions should follow Colorado's salary law. A lot of ads are breaking the law, but those that follow it will often bury the salary range in small font at the bottom of the application. Catching this stopped me from lowballing myself over +$15K for a few positions.

Some ads say to email the recruiter to get the salary range if you are a Colorado resident . If I was thirsty enough for a job, I'd probably email them from a burner acct and say that I'm a Coloradoan to manage my salary expectations

Finally got a new job.
Analyst position.
6 figs, education reimbursement (so I can get 6 certs). Nice benefits.
Fully WFH which was one of my main goals. Never going into the office again.

Plus while I was job searching, I came across a contract position where they let you set your own hours. So now I have 2 WFH jobs for a few months.

I talked about one of my negative experiences in here a while ago, it's been a grind but finally over.

Also, shout out to the people on here that I went through the Power BI class with, and the python one.

Worst case scenario he buys the company, takes it private and cancels all unvested RSUs and I'm out about $650K of unvested shares.

best case scenario.....probably aint no best case scenario.

But at least I'm in the tech industry and my name is certified.
