4% and some more stocks over the next couple of years. I actually got a significant raise and promotion last April so I wasn't anticipating a raise of any kind this year. Plus the fact people are losing their jobs now due to COVID I REALLY was just thankful to have a job.

I swear, Indian recruiters are the WOAT real life human spammers.
Even when you block a number, your phone may not ring but it still doesn't prevent these a$$holes from leaving voicemails. WTF is the point of the mobile network still enabling that if the number is blocked?

Got three voicemails of pure gibberish from the same place even though I told them that time I'm not interested and remove my details from their system.

First interview of the New Year, tomorrow for a Qlik Developer. Recruiter hit me back in October about it, but I never heard back from her. Last week, a recruiter calls from the company saying she's no longer with them and the role closed last year, but has since opened back up. I'm going to spend some prepping today, mainly making sure I can speak to my experience based on what they have in the job description. I'm also going to review this Udemy course I purchased to obtain the cert, so I can be fluent in some formal terms that may come up. It may be a long shot, but I'm going to narrow my focus on highlighting my Qlik experience this first quarter of the year. Based on what I'm seeing, it would be a more streamlined path to a job.

You not a fan of agile certs? i actually dont really care about the certs themselves just want to expense some training from my employer with something that's going to boost my cv a bit?

Growing as in how? my tip is if you know how to grow accounts but dont have the time you can always outsource the work to the 3rd world and let someone work for dirt cheap but it requires you actually know what you are doing so you can screen people to hire

SCRUM Alliance is the only certs that will catch someones eye. I wouldnt even reccomend SAFE Because scrum gives the foundation of it and is easier to get, and you dont want to mess with SAFE unless your company does it (and if they do they more than likely will have training).

SAFE in practice feels like a clusterfukk at my company. Mainly because they took a while bunch of teams agile in name only and expected them to align after 1 training.
