50 pull ups and 100 push ups in under 5 min? possible?

Us :flabbynsick: coli brehs we need to start our own challenge. A 30 pullup 60 pushup 5 minute challenge, i doubt I can do it going to try now and report back. I have no doubt I can knock the pushups out but those damn pullups going to be a issue.

I completed 30 pull ups and 60 push ups with 1 second to spare. The last 20 pull ups was struggle pull ups barely got my chin to the bar.

I've actually been timing myself on how fast it takes me to do certain excersises for the last 60 or so days.

I've highighted my 3 fastest times for 100 pushups

I think its impossible for me. Even if have my best pushup time, which is 2 minutes 47 seconds, there is no way I can do 50 pullups in 2 minutes 13 seconds.

shyt my fastest time doing 50 curls is 2 minutes 27 seconds. And 50 pullups for someone who weighs 260lbs is harder than 50 curls @ 100lbs

Also for reference, i do pushups with handles, much more difficult than flat palm, but even with flat palm i couldn't make this time.

This is one coli challenge I cannot do.. period.

sure push ups are kinda easy esp in that form

however, he did 70 in less than a min, after having done 50 pull ups, with 10 seconds of resting.


yeah if I were to do that challenge my push ups will look like that too. Usually i like to do em slower and more strict form like Master Shredda.

imma try this challenge when i get back to the crib tonight.

I bet his bi’s and tri’s were on fire; pull-ups ain’t a joke. I can do like 15 in one set but would need at least 2-3 minutes to do another 15, if that.

Yeah i feel the same about pullups. That's where I actually fatigue. I can do almost 25 in one go... but after that i'm lucky to do another set of even 8 unless i take some recovery time.

Not hating, it is what it is. I was doing pullups on a door since i was like 10.

He probably been doing that shyt for years

Some people are better at certain things than others. You can tell by his lower body and chest that he’s good at those lifts.
