2. MJF/Wardlow…. C … they needed this match to be much better than over the last 3 months of hyping it up

3.bucks vs Hardy’s… B

4. Jade vs Anna… C+ Jade really need to improve on her moves

5. House of black vs Death Triangle….. A plus

6. The Owen hart championship matches.. both was like a …..B-

7. Scorpio and his squad vs Sammy and his squad… C-Tired of all this kissing by Sammy and his bytch… dude has become a gimmick

8. O’reilly vs Darby… B-

9. Deeb vs thunda…. B

10. JAS vs Anarchy… A

11. AEW tag team.. B… getting tired of lucha and jungle boy as tag team champs tho

12. CM punk vs hangman… I knew this was going to be the result … not a fan of cm punk, just thinks his type of wrestling isn’t that entertaining but they wanted the old man to be on top

Overall I give it a B

Him slowly descending into madness and becoming a heel only Danielson could vanquish would be an awesome long term story too.

I'm 1000% alone yelling at clouds here, but I gotta be honest about it. You're right that dikkhead faces aren't new, but the way he goes about it is just especially repellant to me. Objectively speaking, they should at least think about moving him up the card and testing the waters with him in that upper card slot.

Insane, self-centered heel Eddie Kingston would be totally acceptable to me as a heel champion and could be very interesting. Dude's over, a great wrestler, and a great promo; I just need SOME change from his current character for me to get into him as a champion. Face (acknowledgement of flaws and improvement narrative) or heel (your suggestion) both work for me.

AEW needs to learn that they don’t have to try to appease every single person. The WWE does that stuff where they cut matches like crazy out of nowhere, so AEW goes the opposite direction and has every single match they can possible It’s ok for some feuds to have their shyt the following dynamite episode, or have promo packages for them. That card was too damn long

It will probably be easier to do that if or when they get more than 4 PPVs though. But they just don’t have the luxury. Hell them doing FD next month is like their first time having 2 PPV in a row and that’s cuz it’s something special. Normally the next show would be like 3 or 4 months from now.

In his scrum though, he was asked about the 4hrs and 13 matches and he definitely addressed it and explained it

1. Hookhausen match: 6 out of 10 - I wasn't expecting much, which is what we got
2. Wardlow vs. MJF: 6.5 - Didn't know what to expect here after all the shyt MJF pulled. If MJF was acting like a professional adult we probably get a good 15-minute match, but I think TK called an audible and changed it to a squash to bury MJF
3. Hardys vs. Young Bucks: 7 - I was expecting this to be a leader for worst match of the night, so much better than I expected
4. Jade Cargill vs. Anna Jay: 6 - Was expecting another squash, nice to see them let Anna get in a good bit of offense. Highlight of the match was the post-match with Athena and Stokely debuting to see up that baddies trios feud
5. House of Black vs. Death Triangle: 9.5 - Match of the Night for me. Six very good to great wrestlers that compliment each other well. They need to give Pac and Malakai Black a big singles push. The Julia Blackhart turn was Moment of the Night for me.
6. Adam Cole vs. Samoa Joe: 5 - This should have been a match between two younger folks who haven't gotten a push yet. Pointless match, wrong person won between the two, and an overall horribly run Tounrmane.t
7. Britt Baker vs. Ruby Soho: 5 - see above comments
8. American Top Team vs. Sammy/Jay/Kazarian: 5 - The middle of this card really fukking dragged. The action was decent. I didn't really care to see this match. Only positive is Sammy is out of the TNT title picture for a while. Send him and Tay on a vacation for a while, split them up when they come back, and do something different with them
9. Kyle O'Reilly vs. Darby Allin: 7.5 - An objectively good match between two wrestlers with an entertaining in-ring style. Lack of any legitimate build up prevents this from being any higher. If this had just been a random TV match I probably give it an 8 or an 8.5 because that's what I expect out of some TV matches. Not everything on TV has or will have a buildup, but PPV should.
10. Thunder Rosa vs. Serena Deeb: 8.75 - This is one of the best women's singles matches AEW has ever had. Two outstanding in-ring performers that are held back by their relative lack of promo skills.
11. Anarchy in the Arena: 9.25 - Excellent match, just a shad behind the trios match for Match of the Night. That's mostly personal preference for not being a fan of the match formats that don't allow you to see all the action
12. Tag Title Three Way: 8.75 - This was objectively some really good wrestling with every participant getting a chance to look good. But unfortunately the wrong team won and we didn't get the Christian heel turn. This is one of the most uninteresting tag teams in the division and it was a key missed opportunity to give a push for future stars in Starks and Hobbs.
13. Punk vs. Page: 8.5 - Too many blatant botches here for me to justify giving it any higher. Fairly sloppy match, but the action was generally good, told a good story, teased a potential Hangman heel turn. But it's the wrong person turning heel. If they are going to keep MJF off TV for a while, this would have been the perfect time to turn Punk heel. In the end the correct person won, but I don't think this should be as long of a run as Hangman had.

An overall 8 is probably what I would give it. Some really good matches, some decent matches, and some that really just weren't worth watching. So not as good as AEW's last four PPVs, but still a mostly fairly entertaining watch.

Fun show. The crowd is a way different crowd then any WWE show I've ever been to. Most everyone was into everything for the full 5 hours. Only seen a few kids at the show. It was all adults.

Best match for me was the 6 man tag. The JAS vs BCC was cool but it was hard to see a lot of the action and there was so much going on in different parts of the arena it was hard to keep up.

So at 45 years old u woke up at 7am in vegas and decided to do this?

This PPV could've been pretty good if they didn't insist on putting everyone on the card and giving everyone 20 minutes. The main event was MOTN to me, I also liked ATT vs Sammy's team, MJF vs Wardlow, and the Anarchy Arena match, but there was a lot of sh1t that dragged.

This felt like a Wrestlemania before they went two nights. Crowd was hot at the start and end but tired/dead during the middle. The Bucks should have called an audible to cut the match short like Sting did w/ Jeff in TNA. The way Jeff was moving out there I wouldn't trust him to hit me with an arm drag. Khan probably promised Jeff a final Hardy Boyz run when he signed but damn all the other tag teams are going to have to do all the heavy lifting. Trios match, triple tag, and anarchy arena match were the best.
