I'm glad Im spending my youth in NYC. I'm still 50/50 if I wanna move later down the road.

Aint no better feeling than taking a 2 min walk to the store and getting a baconeggncheese.:wow:

Get you a turkey with cheese hero with mayo... for about $5... :banderas: and alot of times the store stay open...
Yep walking to get a sandwich is definitely worth spending almost half a million dollars:ahh:

Texas is like the size of four or five states combined.

Of course it's going to have a large population of any group.

Georgia has the most African Americans alone

New York has the most blacks when considering both AA and other shyt.

Somebody mentioned the transit systems and it got me to wondering and looking up shyt...

Slow trains in the south. Houston rates as the only southern city with a top-25 transit system. In many major southern cities, including Charlotte and Atlanta, the typical transit commute length is double the commute length for drivers.

I don't know if that transit operates 24/7 but Houston steady climbing for top spot of southern meccas for blacks. :ohhh:

They're actively revamping the transit system here in Charlotte. They're deadly serious about it too..if the world doesn't collapse on itself, in about 5-7 years everything in the Charlotte metro area will be touched by public transport.

Could never live in NYC, or any other huge city like it, for more than a few months or a year maybe. Like somebody else said, it'd be a cool spot if you were single, or were married and planned on never having kids. But I don't wanna live right on top of somebody else, and wouldn't want to deal with all the constant "busyness" of a place like NYC. Would rather settle down in a reasonably priced, mid-sized metro. Maybe somewhere like Indianapolis at the largest.
