Nyc is cool if you single or really rich . If you married and got kids then there's really no point.

Anybody who wants to raise their kids in the 5 boroughts, don't care about their well being. Outside a couple parts of Queens, the city is never made for raising a family.

Yeah I'm finding that to be true. At first I was like well I grew up in the city in a small apartment so it should be fine for my baby. shyt stinks. Baby has little room to roam and just no space for nothing.

That's a map of downtown Manhattan & parts of gentrified Brooklyn & Queens.

Funny how Timeout Magazine didn't go to other parts of Queens or the Bx :mjpls:
I'm not denying the :mjpls: but I just looked up BX rentals for $1,300 and there's a few that are 700sqft but the buildings look like :trash:

Somebody posted a $400k house in Omaha.:mjlol: Who spends 400k to live in Omaha? :deadrose:

DC/Texas/Chicago
pretty much.

every state can get you a nice pad for 200k. its just the NYC,LA, BAY AREA, and a few other cities and metro area you cant
I hear ya but I think it needs to be mentioned that Houston, Dallas, and Atlanta are actually not that cheap the closer you get to the core of their respective cities.
