All them guys was hyped... Peterson.. I know Matthyssee was your boy, but I will never forget after he slept Lemont Schaefer was calling this guy the new Manny Pacquiao.. Look how much Victor Postol was hyped up after that win they was calling Victor the boogeyman at 140.. I sat n watched all that bs and didn't say nothing at the time

Not Anti PBC either... My biggest issue was them acting like they were on some other galaxy as far as their level compared to welterweights fighting on other platforms... I just didn't see it.. still donthow were they not?
if you want to say the whole resume argument boils down to the round robin fights then that's one thing
maybe "major scalps" was wrong description but i def remember those wins being listed as fights that put the PBC guys over Bud
btw i'm not anti PBC. both of the fighters i stan bout to be over there (bud,boots) and i like plenty of pbc guys like benavidez, charlos etc

I'm asking what kind of list this is, by "P4P" i meant a ranking for WW like Ring does obviously. If somebody want to say put Thurman 3rd if he win his next fight I wouldn't be mad but Ugas and Ortiz? naw. I think Boots dog walk them same opponents Ortiz beat. Boots ain't going get names on his resume as fast cause dudes explicitly saying they don't want to fight him......it's a reason why too

He had a good performance...couple moments in the first half of the fight where ugas was countering him and keeping him honest with the right hand..which was surprising..but ugas fukked up shelling in front of him going full cuban and not throwing and basically gave spence an invite to throw heavy bag combinations on him..save for the moment in round 6 where ugas knocked out spence's mouthpiece and had him hurt and reeling on the ropes..he had no offensive highlights to speak of after....showed good stamina/conditioning but something about the way spence was taking punches was making me raise an eyebrow
Great post. Spence vs Crawford is a 50-50 fight to me & I slightly lean towards Crawford because of his countering punching; especially from the south paw stance. If he hurts Spence, he stops him & doesn't let him off the hook. Spence got stopped dead in his tracks towards the end of the 6th or 7th when he started really beating Ugas ass lol. Ugas landed a few body shots he clearly didn't like & backed the hell up off him to get a breather

Crawford already going to the HOF right now after being 2x LINEAL and former undisputed champion and champion in his 3rd division.. beating Errol for his 2nd undisputed and going after the Charlo n Castaño winner for his 3rd undisputed in his 4th division is just icing on the cake which would push him towards ATG status... Spence beating Crawford would put him at the top of the p4p and will solidify him a future HOFer.. For him to become ATG status he will either have to reign at 147 for a few more years or dominate at 154 and/or 160... The bar been set let's not act brand new
