We were watching 2 different fights then because I didn't see porter winning that fight. One fighter was tryna scrap his way to a decision while the other was waiting for the right moment to pounce and end the night. I was telling my boy that the whole night. Crawford was setting traps with those hooks and baiting Porter in to shut the door on him. His timing was just sightly off, but once he got it, HE GOT IT. Everybody sees these things through their biased eye, myself included. So we may never agree on what we saw happening in that fight. I never thought Crawford was hurt or in trouble, and apparently he didn't either, because once he was told he was down he said hold my beer and came back to the corner with another welter ko under his belt. This will be a good fight that either of them are capable of winning, all bias aside.
People really don’t give credit to how smart Crawford is. And his ability to literally stay uncomfortable in a stance just to get you fighting one way and then at the drop of a dime switch to south paw and drop you is fukking super human. He a real switch hitter. People just want to call him athletic, and disregard the genius he possesses strategy wise in how he calculates his striking moments. It def is 50/50 matchup

I got Bud stopping Spence.. Taking all bets

I do too. I think some of the shots Errol was hit with by Ugas would put him down if thrown by Bud.

With that being said, Ugas looked real.... Cuban in there tonight. Poor follow up, no resetting, stayed flat on his feet for most of the fight.

Very Cuban.

Overall decent card- congrats to EJ on the win. Thought Lopez looked older today but Crowley is food for anyone in top 10. Homie was talking that Canada vs everybody stuff that was funny. But he gets handled when it steps up the comp. Looked decent though.

Valenzuela landed something crazy and sparked homie out.

Don't know how gamboa finessed his way into another payday but pitbull put him out of his misery. Funny thing is he was gonna keep getting up every round. Even on fight night after the first few knockdowns, the analog sticks don't let you make it up to the 10 count. Duke was hopping up like in 2-3 secs not even giving his legs a chance to recover

And the main event was a good fight. I thought EJ looked better stamina wise and workrate wise. I didn't like how he looked taking body shots and he lunged in a few times and got clipped. But ugas turned into a true Cuban with his limited workrate. Landed decent shots and a lot of times didn't follow up on it or knew he hurt Spence.

That 2 piece that sent EJ into the ropes after knocking his mouthpiece out was a perfect time to pounce but he seemed not prepared to do that. And that ref Lawrence Cole always been terrible not even sure how he got that call.

Finally it's time though. Let's get the Bud vs EJ fight and answer all the questions about who will win. I will be at that fight live no doubt, hope it's in Vegas or LA. Would love a west coast trip later this year. Boxing fans win today. Definitely enjoyed the fights.

from the home of coca-cola, i'm not referring to s
Everyone is so convinced or has convinced themselves that Crawford knocking out all these flakes since 2018 means he's gonna magically measure off Spence in 6 rounds and knock him out. Spence will jab him and make him fight like Hagler always would do...Jose Benavidez was landing str8 right hands on Crawford for 12 fukking rounds...the fanboys are hilarious...lol
Im convinved...It's not just the fact that crawford knocked out all his opponents.. its the way he knocks them out.. he knows how to set up the stoppage(something Spence still can't seem to do).. Spence shoulda got ugas outa there way before the 10th(Crawford would have)
Crawford will make an adjustment to everything Spence does.. Unlike Ugas, Bud will punish him every time he whifs a punch.. he's more accurate and much faster...Unlike Ugas Bud will follow up when he lands a good shot.. Spence strategy is to just try to outwork his opponent and try to break them down and break their will.. that won't work against Crawford.. It works against guys like Danny or Ugas who likes to just wait and look for counter shots the whole night barely throwing punches. This why he struggled so bad against Porter and will be thoroughly beaten by Crawford
